For emergencies, CareLink cannot substitute urgent hospital care. Use this platform for non-emergency consultation and medical support.

The platform provides informational and consultation services only. It does not replace in-person diagnosis or emergency treatment.

Booking rules and availability

Appointments are scheduled based on specialist availability. We will confirm your booking and the consultation time as soon as possible.

CareLink reserves the right to update or change services without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed when key features change.

Limitation of liability

CareLink is not liable for medical decisions made outside the consultation or for delays caused by network issues. We provide guidance based on the information available at the time of consultation.
