Not for emergencies
CareLink is NOT for emergency medical situations. If you have a life-threatening condition, go to the nearest hospital or call your local emergency number immediately.
Service nature
The platform provides informational and consultation services only. It does not replace in-person diagnosis or emergency treatment.
- Your consultation is based on the information you share.
- We provide advice, not medical prescriptions in every case.
- For serious symptoms, we will always recommend visiting a hospital.
Booking rules and availability
Appointments are scheduled based on specialist availability. We will confirm your booking and the consultation time as soon as possible.

- CareLink may be unavailable during maintenance or outside standard support hours.

Limitation of liability
